Why we need math.
An innumerates view of a non mathematical explanation for reality, in a scientific rather than philosophical sense, is coloured by the lack of clarity that numbers and such bring to the picture. Attempts to explain, or to understand, that do not rely on the mathematics of a thing, are fundamentally incapable of deep understanding or clear explanation.
At their best such explanations may ascend...
